When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, and, if you provide them, your phone number, company name and message. Our hosting provider also records standard technical data such as IP addresses in server logs for security.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, Inc., which acts as our data processor. We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months, or longer if we become a client, in line with our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email accounts@tanzo.tech to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
